Lou Diaz, Lead and Teaching Pastor,
has been in full-time ministry since 1985, serving churches in
Massachusetts, California, and Illinois. His education includes a
Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a
Doctor of Ministry from Talbot School of Theology. Lou and his wife,
Shirley, have two adult children, Laura and Stephen. His interests are
playing musical instruments, participating in marathons and triathlons,
and encouraging people.

Bob Hansen, Seniors and Care Ministry Pastor, enjoys
teaching Bible classes and visiting folks in the hospital, rehab centers and care homes. His wife, Jett,
shares actively in this ministry and coordinates volunteers who desire to visit shut-ins. Jett and Bob also spend time each
year working with Church Assistance Ministries in building projects to
help churches and providing funds for missions. Bob graduated from
Trinity Divinity School and Northern Colorado University Graduate School. He is retired from a career as a public school administrator
and psychologist. Bob has also been the director of worship for several
churches.

Rick Pitcher, Music & Worship Pastor,
has been in full-time ministry since 2001, previously serving at a church in Sacramento, California as Worship Pastor and Interim Senior Pastor. He loves leading worship and seeing people's lives transformed by God's power. Rick is a graduate of Simpson University, where he played basketball and was very active in the music and worship ministry program. He and his wife, Chaya (Sh-ae-ah), were married August 17,2002 and have been blessed with their young daughter, Alana. Rick enjoys playing basketball, golfing, sushi and a movie with Chaya, hanging with family and friends, Apple technology, a bike ride through the park, and playing music.

Kenny Stone, Youth and Sports Outreach Pastor,
has been in full-time ministry since 2006, but grew up in
the church as a pastor's kid. He loves shepherding students, working
with families and seeing lives changed by the Gospel. Kenny is a
graduate of Corban University, where he also played basketball and
worked in youth ministry. After graduating from college, Kenny worked
for a short time at Adidas before his first ministry position as a
college pastor. Kenny has been married since 2005 to Kimberly. They
spent four years working in Portland, Oregon, before coming south to
Chico. Kenny enjoys sports, drawing, photography and just being with
people.

Will Wilson, Family Ministry and Discipleship Pastor,
has been in full-time pastoral ministry since 1998. Previously, he was in full-time
Christian school ministry for 19 years. Will is a graduate
of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and earned his Master's Degree from Biola
University in 1983. He and his wife, Lindy, were married May 6, 1978, and
have been blessed with four children (Noelle, Lauren, Mallory, and
Micah). Will enjoys a good book, camping, a bike ride, and
anything that involves being with family and friends.

Arthur Worthington, Teaching and Counseling Pastor, has
been in full-time ministry since 1990, serving as a youth,
associate and senior pastor in three different churches. In
addition to his counseling and teaching duties, Art also heads up our
college ministry. A graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological
Seminary, Arthur and his wife, Elisabeth have been married since 1984
and have three children (Lydia, Alec and Abigail). Before entering
ministry, Arthur was a baseball executive with the Oakland Athletics
for nine years. His interests include books, movies, fly fishing, and
golf.
