Dr. Lou Diaz

Lou Diaz is the Lead and Teaching Pastor at EFC Chico. He has been in full-time ministry for 24 years, serving churches in Massachusetts, California, Illinois. His education includes a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Doctor of Ministry from Talbot School of Theology. Lou and his wife Shirley have two adult children, Laura and Stephen. His interests are playing musical instruments, participating in marathons and triathlons, and encouraging people. |

Arthur Worthington

Teaching and Counseling Pastor Arthur Worthington has been in full-time ministry for 17 years, serving as a youth pastor, associate pastor and senior pastor in three different churches. Arthur is a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Elisabeth have been married 25 years and have three children (Lydia, 16; Alec, 12; and Abigail 6). Before entering ministry, Arthur was a baseball executive with the Oakland Athletics for 9 years. His interests include books, movies, golf, and fishing. |

Will Wilson

The Associate Pastor of Family Ministries. His responsibilities are to oversee the Adult Bible Fellowships, Junior and Senior High School Ministries, discipleship and leadership development. He has been married to his wife Lindy for 28 years and has four kids (Noelle, 23; Lauren, 22; Mallory, 16; and Micah, 14). His favorite pastimes include reading a good book, camping, and hanging out with friends. |

Mark Hazen

The Pastor of Music and Worship. He has been involved in ministry for 15 years first as a youth pastor and now as a music pastor. He graduated from Western Seminary. His wife of 28 years is a pianist and is often found accompanying him at church. Mark and Sue have two sons (Andrew, 25 and Danny, 22). Some of his hobbies are mountain biking and playing guitar. |

Bob Hansen

The part-time Associate Pastor of Senior Adults. He enjoys teaching Bible classes and visiting folks in need. His wife, Jett shares in the ministry. Jett and Bob also spend time each year working with Church Assistance Ministries in building projects to help churches and provide funds for Missions. Bob graduated from Trinity Divinity school and Northern Colorado University graduate school. He's retired from a career as a public school administrator and psychologist. He was also a director of worship in several churches. |
