EVENING STUDY - Book of Exodus
The remarkably practical study of Deliverance, Redemption, the Law and the Tabernacle will begin Monday, May 5. Cost is $20 for materials. Meetings will be Monday evenings at 7 PM. This is a Kay Arthur Precept study led by Precept-trained teacher Shannon Hughes. Come check it out and be blessed!
SUMMER SWIM & A MOVIE TIME:
Summer's a-comin' and that means time to dig out your swimsuit and kick back a bit for a little recreation down-time with your women friends. This summer we will meet at Karen Jurisch's for snacks, swimming and a movie, topped off by s'mores over an open fire. Dates are Friday, June 20, 7 PM, and Friday, July 18, at 7 PM. RSVP to Karen at 892-8817. Cost is donations only. Make plans now!
SUMMER BIBLE STUDY - The summer Bible study will be The Power of a Praying Wife with Stormie Omartian. The 7-week study will begin Wednesday, June 11, at 9:15 AM. Childcare is provided. Come see how to follow God's principles to bless your husband, and in turn, your life! Cost for the workbook is $15.

WOMEN !!
Did you know you can attend the MOB (Men Of The Bible) meeting once a month? The first MOB meeting of the month is a breakfast meeting with an inspiring speaker, and ladies and young people are invited! It's worth your while to "get up with the chickens" and have your bacon and eggs with the MOB group. It's wonderful to see a whole room full of godly men seeking the Lord in His word and fellowship, and if you happen to have young sons, it's a great thing to expose them to. Try it out! The last MOB breakfast will be June 3, then will resume again on September 2.
MOPS
MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers) meets the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month September through May. MOPS has adjourned for the summer, but plan to come next fall and see what all the excitement's about ,and what a wonderful benefit MOPS can be in your life. This is a terrific program for mothers of young children 0-5, to grow relationships and share in the joys and challenges of raising a family today. MOPS will begin again on Thursday, September 4, 2008. Childcare is provided! Time is 9:15-11:30 AM.
WHITE CROSS:
This is a group of women who meet once a month to provide bandages and baby layette items for the Tandala Hospital in the Congo. They also raise money through collecting cancelled stamps and Campbell's soup labels for various women's ministry projects. White Cross meets on the church campus the third Tuesday of the month. White Cross' last meeting will be in May and will adjourn for the summer, to resume again in September.
MISSION STITCHES:
Women who enjoy sewing, crocheting, and other needlecraft meet the last Tuesday of each month to prepare quilts, layettes, and other special items to benefit the Women's Resource Center, Evan's Heart, and other worthwhile ministries. This has adjourned for the summer - see you in the fall!
WOMEN OF GOD book club:
The book club has adjourned for the month of June. Call Donna Lyon at the church office, 343-6022, for this month's book title, to be discussed at the next meeting, July 24, at 7 PM in the library. This is an evening for EFC women to get together and grow in fellowship and love for the Lord. We will discuss the book and have a time of fellowship and prayer. This club meets once a month, the last Thursday.
