Station 5 – Jesus Is Judged by Pilate

So Pilate released Barabbas…Then he ordered Jesus flogged with a lead-tipped whip.— Mark 15:15

Pilate knows Jesus is innocent, yet he gives in to pressure. To keep the peace, he sacrifices justice. Jesus stands silent as the crowd chooses comfort over truth.

This moment challenges us to consider our own choices. How often do we remain silent when we know what is right? How often do we choose ease instead of obedience?

Jesus accepts injustice without bitterness. He trusts the Father, even when human systems fail. His kingdom is not built on power, but on faith.
